Balanced Scorecard

At Graycon, success for our clients, our staff and our company are measured against our Balanced Scorecard. Our Scorecard is comprised of four key business measures that we want to continually improve. We will not compromise one in favor of another, so we strive to grow all 4 equally, together.

Our Balanced Scorecard is the criteria for our decision making, and the guiding foundation for all Grayconians' performance. Our disciplined Scorecard constantly challenges us to ask ourselves "are all actions and decisions following our balanced approach?" They have to be, for Success occurs only when ALL aspects of our Balanced Scorecard are positively achieved!
