Position Overview:
Our Calgary office is looking for an energetic individual who has a strong understanding and passion for creating, developing and maintaining strong client relationships through product and service delivery in the field of Information Technology.
The successful Candidate will be able to:
• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities in the Calgary Market
• Either alone or with a technical resource, present Graycon IT Solutions and Services to new and potential clients
• Recommend and provide the client with the right IT solution for the evolving business requirements and/or needs
• Maintain current client relationships by providing superior customer service, including timely communication and follow-up
• Provide prompt, efficient handling of client inquiries and issues
• Act as a facilitator to enable technical resources to complete work according to best practices and standards, ensuring that communication is consistent across all relationships
The Candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Proven track record in sales and service with a focus on mid to large sized companies
• Knowledge and understanding of IT networks, advanced technologies (VoIP wireless), IT security business continuity planning, disaster recovery planning, IT outsourcing and support
• An ability to make cold calls and network within the Calgary market
• Proven track record of managing projects and successfully implementing and managing formal quality processes in projects
• A positive outlook with client and team success as the ultimate goal
