Position Overview:
Ensuring Graycon clients receive the highest levels of Customer Service on an ongoing basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing desk-side support services installing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network related issues.
The successful Candidate will be able to:
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level Help Desk support for calls from a variety of clients across all industries
• Perform Help Desk support services, focusing on: installing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network related issues
• Ensure exceptional customer service in every client engagement
• Complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Present technical solutions and interact with end-users in plain language
The Candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Successful completion of a 2 year Diploma in a Technical Services program
• 1-3 years in a technical troubleshooting capacity
• Active industry certification are considered an asset (MCP, MCSE, CCNA)
