Position Overview:

The successful candidate will support our teams as well as our clients through various means by directly being involved in the daily delivery of our solutions as well as the longer-term, strategic direction that IT will take.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing strong relationships and work effectively with senior management client contacts
- IT Strategic planning, alignment, and budgeting
- Communicating business needs to technical audiences meanwhile simplifying complex technical information for business audiences
- Leading and managing professional staff to ensure consistent delivery of our solutions to our clients
- Bringing resolutions to complex situations with multiple stakeholders including clients and various teams
- Managing customer expectations
- Thriving and improving our quality of service delivery in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
- Understanding financial reports and building business cases to promote appropriate technology solutions to our clients
- Being responsible for the technical delivery of each of your individual team members by supporting them with technical escalations
- Support clients by ensuring Tier 1, 2 and 3 support responsibilities are effectively managed including engaging external partners or vendors to remediate client support needs
- Share knowledge and provide assistance across clients as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of system status enabling you to propose relevant improvements to each client environment
- Develop and maintain technical materials as needed
The Required skills and experience for this role:
- Work effectively individually or as part of a team with great interpersonal and consulting skills
- Ability to work with Senior management of the client, understanding business requirements, and assembling strategic plans that align business and IT
- Ability to write business focused IT Strategic plans that provide clients with a Roadmap for business and IT alignment
- Minimum 3 years of IT Management experience including IT Infrastructure deployment and operational support, technical project management, business analysis, IT accounting and budgeting, leading teams of professionals and developing client relationships
- Minimum 7 years IT experience with an emphasis on Microsoft technologies
- Solid proficiency with IT infrastructure lifecycle, proactive support methodologies and process, and technology tools
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong English language (oral and written) along with good organization skills
- The ability to research and apply knowledge effectively
Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial in this role:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, ITSM or ISO 20000
- Previous experience presenting business case or strategy to a senior management or executive audience
- Previous experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management role
- 4 year degree in business, MIS, computer science or equivalent
