Position Overview:
Our Human Resources Department, located in Calgary, is looking to add an exceptional team member who is a strong entrepreneur with sound knowledge of the IT Recruitment Industry throughout the province of Alberta. The goal of the candidate will be to establish themselves as a recruitment expert and recruit top caliber candidates for Graycon.
The successful Candidate will be able to:
• Understand and market the Graycon “story” to potential candidates
• Network with potential candidates at various IT events
• Screen resumes, conduct telephone interviews and schedule personal interviews as needed
• Maintain and update the recruitment database as needed
• Implement current recruiting strategies and make recommendations for future strategies
The Candidate must demonstrate the following:
• Minimum of 2 years experience within the search firm industry providing permanent or contract placement services
• Excellent at “direct recruiting” (headhunting) of candidates
• Proven ability to strategically “Candidate Market” senior level candidates
• Highly organized with proven time management ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
